A circular stoneware vowl and a small vase, modelled in edged shape and with a narrow mouth. The bowl decorated on the outside with reddish brown decor on a matte, greyish white glazed base, on the inside decorated with glossy greyish white glaze. Signed monogram for Gertrud Vasegaard and studio monogram. H. 10.5 cm. Diam. 22.5–23.2 cm. Vase decorated with transparent grey glaze, under which spiral-shaped ornaments. Signed monogram for Gertrud Vasegaard and with various writings; presumably a glaze test. H. 5 cm. Diam. 7 cm. Unique. (2)

Condition

Bowl with one approx. 9 cm. hairline crack from the upper rim and down, and next to it a ca. 2.5 cm. firing crack. Glaxe on both with surface crackles. The vase presumably with some firing cracks (partly visible from the underside).
